Cancellation & refund Policy
Cancellation by oneclicksolutions :
Please note that there may be certain services that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any service for any reason Inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.
Cancellation by Customer :
You must notify oneclicksolutions immediately if you decide to cancel your order, through the website or app or by phone. If oneclicksolutions accepts your cancellation, no cancellation fee applies. If oneclicksolutions is unable to accept your cancellation for some reason e.g. because task force has been allocated and/or task force is already out for service, the order for the service may not be cancelled. oneclicksolutions will not be able to refund the money already paid for any cancelled order, for which service arrangements have been already made.
oneclicksolutions may cancel an order if the service unavailable for any reason. oneclicksolutions will notify you. if this is the case return any payment that you have made.
If the cancellation was made in time and once oneclicksolutions accepted your cancellation,oneclicksolutions will refund your amount within 14 working days.
